All services are governed by a signed engagement letter that outlines scope, pricing, and responsibilities. We do not provide audit services, legal advice, or tax filing services. Bookkeeping-related tax support (e.g., GST/HST filings) is offered within our service packages.
User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:

Provide timely and accurate financial information (e.g., receipts, invoices, login access)

Review reports promptly

Sign and comply with all engagement letters

Understand that failure to cooperate may result in service suspension or termination
Payments & Billing

All services require a signed engagement letter before commencement.

Paid diagnostic assessments are required for all new clients, starting at $200.

Cleanup and catch-up services start at $110/month, subject to a formal quote.

Payments are due before services begin.

Accepted payment methods: e-Transfer, cheque, or cash.

Late or non-payment may result in paused services or account suspension.

Out-of-scope work requires a separate engagement letter and is billed hourly.
