3. Secure Data Access
   We collect your bank statements, receipts, and records through our secure portal (Xenett).

4. Rebuild + Reconcile
   Our team reconstructs and reconciles your books, ensuring they match your bank accounts and meet compliance standards.

5. Review + Handoff
   You receive clean reports, and if you're continuing monthly service with us, we transition you into ongoing support seamlessly.
